Clear Thumbnail Cache In Windows 10

Start cmd as Administrator
run the following commands

cd /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
attrib -h thumbcache_*.db
del thumbcache_*.db

or download my cmd file and run it as administrator

restart your computer
